GH Secretagogue · Lot AP-24-C0211
C165H269N47O46 · 3647.4 Da · CAS 863288-34-0
Long-acting GHRH analogue with drug-affinity complex. Investigated for extended half-life applications.
01 · Overview
CJC-1295 with DAC (drug affinity complex) is a synthetic GHRH analogue developed by ConjuChem Biotechnologies. The DAC modification covalently binds the peptide to circulating albumin, extending its effective half-life from minutes to several days. That pharmacokinetic profile made it a reference compound for long-acting secretagogue research.
Published work has focused on pulsatile GH signaling, IGF-1 dynamics, and the stability of chemically modified GHRH analogues against DPP-IV cleavage. Alvar supplies CJC-1295 DAC as a TFA salt in 2 mg vials.
